Steering Technology
The right steering system makes the difference between a good solution and a perfect one. We offer five technologies, each designed for specific operational needs.
Total Freedom of Movement
Move in any direction without turning. Forward, sideways, diagonal, and full 360° rotation — all from a standing start. Independently rotating steering wheels give you unrestricted access to tight spaces, complex routes, and confined production areas. The most versatile steering system in our range.

Powerful, Precise Cornering
Hydraulically actuated wheels deliver strong, precise steering under heavy loads. The wheels physically turn to guide the mover through curves, S-bends, and tight corners. Proven technology for demanding factory environments where reliability and power are critical.
- Directions: Forward/reverse, curves, S-bends
- Turning Radius : Adjustable
- Best for: Heavy loads, factory halls
Minimum Turning Radius
Independent front and rear hydraulic steering delivers the smallest possible turning radius. Both axles steer simultaneously, allowing the mover to navigate spaces that would be impossible with single-axle steering. Essential for operations where every centimetre counts.

- Best for: Very tight spaces, multi-aisle facilities
Simple, Reliable Manoeuvrability
Speed differences between left and right drive wheels determine the direction. No mechanical steering components means fewer moving parts, lower maintenance, and high reliability. Capable of full 360° rotation and S-curve navigation.

- Best for: Standard trackless applications
Fixed Routes, Maximum Capacity
Steel wheels on rails provide unmatched load capacity and route precision. Ideal for repetitive, high-volume transport between fixed points. Supports straight tracks, curves, switches, cross-rails, and turntables. Multiple power options: battery, low-voltage rail, cable drum, or conductor bar.
