Replacing a diesel cart with an electric Mover — safer air, safer floor
A Dutch steel wholesaler running diesel-powered carts inside a closed production hall faced two problems: exhaust fumes and unsafe travel speeds. We replaced the cart with a custom electric Mover and a load floor designed for long steel profiles.

Moving 10,000+ kg components in a hall with no crane, no forklift route
A production manager spent hours improvising every time a heavy semi-finished product needed to move. We delivered an omnidirectional Mover with 100,000 kg capacity and an optional 150 mm lift stroke. Improvisation became routine.

A high-tech manufacturer specialising in CNC machining moves 15-tonne aluminium blocks (4 × 2 m) between machining stations on a HULCK Mover with dual hydraulic steering. The Mover has been in daily operation for several years — quiet, predictable, no operator handling between stations.
